Early OS-9 History, select content from 68 Micro Journal

November 1981

Microware combines it's 2 early ads for OS-9 level 1 and Basic09 into one page, and adds a new full page ad for the OS-9 Pascal Compiler.

The first BASIC09 program listing sent in by a reader appeared this month (A text editor), and Roberston Electronics wrote to announce a new RTC board compatible with OS-9.

Computerware announces they will soon have their Random BASIC and other business software ported to OS-9.

Star-Kits mentions it's Magic Spell program will soon be available for OS-9.

The amount of CoCo information continues to grow, but still no mention of OS-9 on CoCo.

December 1981

Microware adds a third full page to it's adverts this month. In between the previous month's ads for OS-9/B09 and Pascal is a new ad for CIS COBOL.
